About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all plant machinery and equipment in optimal working order through installation, repair, and maintenance. This involves performing a range of tasks, including predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plant machinery and equipment
- Perform predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance procedures
- Assemble, install, and repair equipment following blueprints and schematics
- Work safely and efficiently, adhering to lock out/tag out policies
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the facility
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or associate degree in a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a mill or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Certification as a Journeyman Millwright or equivalent experience
