What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Idaho Innovation Center?
As an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/TENANT COORDINATOR, you will be responsible to:
- Coordinate leases with tenants
- Track tenant deposits, insurance, monthly rents, keys & furniture
- Coordinate meetings & schedule of Executive Director
- Track building inventory, tenant directory & keys
- Coordinate tenant mailboxes
- Schedule Commercial Kitchen schedules
- Answer customer calls and inquiries
- Create and maintain forms, documents, and files
- Respond to basic email /phone correspondence
- Maintain a schedule of submissions and deadlines for paperwork
- Assist with special events / meetings as needed
- Provide tenant summary monthly to Executive Director
- Plan, organize and execute quarterly tenant reviews
- Coordinate Board of Directors & tenant handbooks
- Manage tenant communications/emails and phone calls
This job is based in Idaho Falls, ID and cannot be performed remotely.
This is a part-time position working 25-35 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Current needs are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9-5. Days and schedule are somewhat flexible.
This job pays $14 - $16 / hour DOE, with paid holidays and earned PTO.
