Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

Idaho Leads founders have 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically with generating leads and helping agents convert more buyers. We are seeking a cheerful and high energy Inside Sales Representative to provide customer service to homebuyers looking at properties on our websites.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Customer support calls - utilizing our systems to connect with leads and talk to them about our program to help them sell more houses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers
• Collaborate to develop and implement more effective customer support strategies
• Meet and exceed our target customer growth rate and performance metrics
• Learn and become an expert on our platform and products that we offer to agents, so you can have higher quality conversations with potential customers

Preferred Qualifications/Skills include:

• 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience
• Motivated to surpass previous goals and performance
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Comfortable being on the phone for a majority of the day
• Goal and growth oriented mindset
• Real Estate Experience/License is a plus

Additional Information:

• Hourly Rate Commission
• This is an in-office position; applicants must be local.

Commission and Bonus opportunities available

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
