If you are skilled and passionate about sales and marketing and have used a CRM before to create and work a pipeline of promising leads, this is the career for you! You will help people find incredible health benefits through sleep education and helping them discover the perfect sleep products for their lifestyle.

Here are the details of your new career:

• You’ll follow up with your customers before they have to follow up with you
• You’ll participate in several weekly product and sales training meetings
• You’ll impress your manager by following our Core Values. And if you follow them closely and consistently, you’ll be eligible for promotions as we grow
• Work 30-45 hours a week. 3 to 4 full work days from 9:30-7:00pm weekdays and 8:30-6pm on Saturdays
• It’ll include most weekends because well, it’s retail sales and those are the times people like to shop. Closed Sundays!
• You’ll work with an excellent group of people that also care about our customers and they’ll be willing to help however you need
• You'll earn $14-$35 with bonuses

Qualifications you need:

• Ability to generate lead opportunities using social media and referrals to grow your lead pipeline
• You’re going to have to be accurate and detail focused. Small errors turn into big problems for your customers!
• You don’t have to speak French or know calculus; just bring some people skills and a High School Diploma or GED
• You’ll have to pass a background check
• You'll need to be able to lift up to 80lbs

Compensation:

• Paid Training!
• Base pay commission on products sold
• Monthly bonuses based on team performance!
• Both Company and Vendor paid Spiffs (added commission) on top of regular commission for selling certain products!
• Your Base Commission rate grows as you achieve revenue milestones so you are rewarded even more as you grow with the company!

Schedule:

• 3-4 days per week open to close on the sales floor = 30-40 hours per week
• We have a mandatory weekly sales meeting every Friday morning at 7:30 to 8:30 AM
• This position also includes warehouse work to unload semi's of mattresses and preparing them for the sales floor and helping with deliveries

STOP - Before Applying You Must:

• Be able to pass a background check
• Be able to lift heavy mattresses (80-150 lbs) on a daily basis
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have a reliable means of transportation to get to and from Logan
• Have 3-5 references upon request

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
