Job Description

Currently hiring OTR and Regional drivers!
We Offer :
Drivers average $70K-$100K / yearly
Paid by the mile (.58 CPM loaded and .47 unloaded depending on experience)
Home time, every 2 to 3 weeks
Delay pay after 2 hours $20 / hour
Layover pay $200 / day
Breakdown pay $15 / hour
Quarterly safety bonus

Responsibilities :
Transport liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Collect and verify delivery instructions
Report defects, accidents or violations
Requirements :
CDL-A
12 months recent and verifiable tractor / trailer experience
