Job Description
We are seeking reliable and skilled Class A CDL drivers to transport bulk food grade liquid to our customers within 11 Western and Midwest states. With a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction, our drivers are an integral part of our team. We operate a fleet of newer automatic Volvo trucks, providing our drivers with a comfortable and efficient driving experience.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23, increasing to up to $25 after obtaining the required Milk Haulers License. In addition to a generous salary, our drivers also receive a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid training and orientation. We also provide a dairy farm pickup service, where IMT pays for the Milk Haulers License. On top of that, our drivers have access to a range of other perks, including a driver referral program and a selection of newer automatic Volvo trucks. We understand that our drivers are the backbone of our business, which is why we prioritize their safety and well-being by offering regular breaks and meal periods.
