Job Description
We are seeking Class-A CDL drivers to transport bulk liquid products over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants. As a driver for Idaho Milk Transport, you will be responsible for:
- Transporting liquid bulk product safely and efficiently
- Inspecting vehicles for mechanical issues and performing preventative maintenance
- Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
- Inputting 'macros' into our automated system for loading and unloading processes
- Complying with truck driving rules and regulations
- Maneuvering trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collecting and verifying delivery instructions
- Reporting defects, accidents, or violations
