daho National Laboratory is hiring a Program Coordinator - National Reactor Innovation Center (NRIC). Our team works a 9x80 or 4x10 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off.
The National Reactor Innovation Center (NRIC) at Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of various projects and initiatives within NRIC. The Program Coordinator will work closely with program managers, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program operations and contribute to the advancement of innovative nuclear reactor technologies.
Responsibilities Include :
- Assist in the development and management of program schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate program activities, including meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
- Track program progress and performance metrics, preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage program documentation, ensuring accurate and timely updates to project plans, reports, and records.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support the identification and resolution of program issues and risks.
- Assist in the preparation of program proposals, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Ensure compliance with INL and NRIC policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for program staff.
- You will report to the Department Manager.
