About the Role
- Lead a team of estimators in managing project time, quality, accuracy, and influencing decision-making on project pursuits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong experience in HCSS Heavy Job, Heavy Bid, Microsoft Office Suite, and Trimble Business Center, Agtek.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Ambitious personality with excellent communication skills to craft constructive contract language.
- At least 10 years of documented experience in estimating heavy civil self-performance work.
