The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project sequencing, and budgeting. They will be responsible for managing associate estimators, ensuring quality and accuracy, and influencing decision-making on project pursuits.
We require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Strong experience in HCSS Heavy Job, Heavy Bid, Microsoft Office Suite, and Trimble Business Center is essential. Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards is also necessary.
A minimum of 10 years' documented experience in heavy civil self-performance work is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to craft constructive contract language.
