This role offers a 4-6 week contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for managing the main phone line, assisting truck drivers, maintaining records, and other administrative duties as assigned. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in this role. Responsibilities : - Manage and respond to incoming calls, ensuring messages are accurately taken and promptly delivered. - Assist in the operation of the weigh station, resolving any issues that may arise for truck drivers. - Verify the accuracy of weigh tickets, maintaining their proper filing and distribution. - Upload weight and scale information, run conversions, generate reports, and distribute to relevant stakeholders. - Reconcile and file residual tickets as necessary, ensuring accurate reporting. - Sort and distribute mail to the appropriate departments and personnel, ensuring timely delivery.
