Sanzaru continues to push the boundaries of interactive entertainment and technology on all fronts. Required Skills : Art Producer, Sanzaru Games Responsibilities : 1. Primarily manages the workflow and assets for all art outsourcing initiatives while also assisting the internal art team as needed 2. Plans, organizes, and manages the process of outsourcing art assets to external vendors 3. Defines workflows and processes to ensure minimal impact on the internal team while ensuring maximum efficiency from the external artists 4. Ingests deliverables from external teams and imports them into the project for development 5. Prepares and sets up tasks for the outsourced artists, including any technical setups required within Maya or Unreal 6. Ensures naming conventions, file structures, and asset protocols as defined by the team are adhered to by the external artists 7. Manages the versioning of proxy and delivered assets in Perforce 8. Collaborates with internal Leads and Producers to establish priorities, reviews, feedback loops, and tasks 9. Works across multiple disciplines to determine the outsourcing schedule, identifying resource gaps, delays, and quality improvements 10. Partners with Leads to ensure the delivery of timely feedback to the outsourced teams 11. Creates and maintains a system for archiving work that exists outside of the game, such as marketing concept and key art 12. Maintains a positive relationship with the vendors and holds all parties accountable for high quality deliverables Minimum Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : 13. 5 years producing art teams working on Console / PC or VR games 14.
