Assembly - Day Shift at Aerotek in Post Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title : Assembly - Day Shift Job Description Join a large technology manufacturer in Post Falls as an Assembly worker on the Day Shift. This position offers a great opportunity to enter the manufacturing field and gain valuable assembly skills. No prior experience is required, making it an ideal entry-level role. Responsibilities Work with hand tools to assemble small parts for the telecommunications, renewable energy, and transportation industries. Build industrial surge protectors that are used in cell phone towers and various other electronic components. Receive on-the-job training. Start with simple job duties, such as assembling the casings of components, and gradually progress to more technical aspects of the assembly process. Perform fast-paced work to build parts efficiently. Work in a clean and bright manufacturing environment. Handle small parts without the need for heavy lifting. Optional overtime is available on every shift. Essential Skills Ability to read schematics and drawings. Mechanical aptitude. Basic understanding of assembly processes. Good attitude and attendance. Desire to work with hands and build things. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications No prior experience required.
