Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Yoke's Fresh Markets in Kellogg, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Promote sales by offering high-quality products that meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate production of doughnut varieties and ensure conformity to standards.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, proof box, glazer, and label machine.
- Assist with special order requests and mentor new associates.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local, state, federal, and company rules and regulations.
