BCMS BASKETBALL COACH at Boundary County School District # 101 in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, United States Job Description BCMS BASKETBALL COACH Season is December through FebruaryWages based on Extra Curricular Salary ScheduleAnticipated start date December 9, 2024. REPORTS TO AND EVALUATED BY : Athletic Director and Principal EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma or GED Current First Aid or CPR REASONING ABILITY : Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in a multitude of unique situations Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES : Work harmoniously with students, parents, and colleagues Maintain strict confidentiality of staff and students Possess good organizational skills Complete the required paperwork from the district Mentally and physically prepare athletes Follow district, school, and team policy Make team selections Prepare daily practice plans Organize paperwork, equipment, and players Openly communicate with players, referees, and opposing teams Make sure the building is secure and all athletes have left before leaving Is aware of and abides by any / all relevant IHSAA guidelines for their sport Anyone interested in transferring to this position should submit a 'Request for Transfer' form to the District Administration Office on or before December 5, 2024.
