Assists Business Bankers and Managers with the implementation, servicing, and maintenance of Business Banking products and services (including deposit services, merchant banking, ACH, direct deposit, and cash management) for new and existing customers. Acts as a liaison and additional point-of-contact for customers. Assists with trouble shooting business services when needed. Supports Business Bankers in business development activities. Attends in-person meetings with customers as requested. Performs job duties in compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, practices, and procedures. Other duties as assigned by the Regional Business Banking Manager. Qualifications Required Three years banking, finance, or customer service experience High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Sitting for extended periods of time. Ability to operate computer applications and basic business equipment. Occasional travel between branches or for business development purposes (valid drivers license required). Ability to move or at least lift 10 pounds.
