Provides support to ProjectManagers and Construction Managers on assigned projects asrequired. Assists in the assurance that site safety ismaintained according to the safety plan, maintaining the dailyprogress goals, ensuring installation quality is upheld duringthe entire construction period, and communicating to ProjectManagers and Construction Managers. This role is responsiblefor Subcontractors, subcontracts, and trade workers.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesPromotes and upholds a safe work environment for allconstruction workers through the promotion of the safetyculture described in the Exyte Site Specific Safety Plan andindustry safe practicesEnsures that company safety policies and the Site SpecificPlan are proactively communicated, and consistently upheldAssists Construction Managers and Project Managers in thesupervision of other project staff to include ProjectEngineers, HSE Coordinators, etc.Participates in the Safe Behavior Observation (SBO) processAssists Project Managers and Construction Managers in thedevelopment of the overall project schedule. Responsible forupdating field progress of the schedule throughout the courseof construction. Actively engages and leads Last Plannerscheduling sessions with SubcontractorsCommunicates with Subcontractors and Suppliers with regardto schedule and ensures that their schedule progresses inaccordance with the Project Schedule.
