Job Description
The Mortgage Loan Post Closer boards loans onto Xperience, prepares and delivers closed loan files and related documentation to investors, and reconciles the purchase of the loan.
Responsibilities
- Board loans onto Xperience
- Prepare and deliver closed loan files and related documentation to investors
- Reconcile the purchase of the loan
Requirements
- 1 year of mortgage fulfillment experience
- Preferred experience with post closing
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, construction, and conventional procedures
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions
This is a corporate position located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Occasional travel is required.
