Work with process and sustaining group engineering to maintain, optimize, and refine hardware to support and improve existing processes and equipment. Provide Diffusion and / or Implant equipment support of sustaining and improvement efforts, and identify problems and provide solutions for equipment development and maturity on assigned tools. Review statistical process control and sensor data to recognize patterns and errors that need addressed. Participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Modify and set up processes and parameters for a variety of semi-conductor equipment & support site to site technology portability. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Material Science or related field.
