Engineering Manager at Kelly Services in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Technical Project Engineering Manager Location : Boise, ID, or Houston, TX Salary : $150,000 to $160,000 DOE Kelly is working with a global solutions provider and developer of water projects with a concentrated focus on industrial water solutions, water reuse, waste minimization, Minimum Liquid Discharge (MLD), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), and resource recovery of precious metals and minerals. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager / Project Engineering Manager with a strong background in the water industry to join our Operations team to execute local projects in the USA. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in an EPC environment, international project experience and possess a deep understanding of water treatment processes. The role requires exceptional Engineering and Design skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional interface within a project team, coordination global and local engineering teams effectively. Responsibilities : - Engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally. - Working as a Project Engineering Manager in the engineering department, the incumbent shall primarily work directly on performing engineering functions related to the project business under the direction of the Head of Engineering. - Assist in the growth and development of engineering talent within the Engineering team by providing guidance to other engineering staff and contributing to regular, frequent knowledge sharing sessions. - Ensure that engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budge - Support the Head of Engineering in establishing, maintaining and applying procedures and protocols that will enhance the quality, efficiency and repeatability of engineering activities throughout the department - Carry out value engineering assessments of all projects under the incumbent's control.
