ABOUT THE ROLE Cupertino Electric is seeking an experienced IBEW Electrical Foreman to lead electrical teams in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on large commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily operations on job sites, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and effective communication with crew members, management, and other trades.
