The Role Lumen offers a fully immersive, 10-week summer internship program. Our interns demonstrate curiosity, innovation, and a passion for advancing technology. Location This position is fully remote / work from home. The Main Responsibilities Lumen's Brand and Creative team are hiring two design focused interns for our summer program to support graphic and web design projects. Other responsibilities of intern will include : Design beautiful, engaging and effective material, including advertising and marketing campaigns, event collateral, web pages and more Adhere to our brand and design standards; maintain company-wide consistency Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing our output, and help separate us from our competition Experience designing for digital / online and print Collaborate with a cross-functional, distributed teams that includes UX designers, Art Directors, copywriters, video editors, developers, project and campaign managers Stay current with latest standards, changes, and trends in visual and web design fields Actively participate in design team meetings, critiques, and guilds Include feedback from previous campaigns when designing new solutions for maximum impact and success Design responsive, accessible, and effective web pages What We Look For in a Candidate Program eligibil To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
