Internal Dealer Auditor / Sales at General Motors in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Work Arrangement This role is categorized as remote. This means the successful candidate may be based anywhere in the United States and is not expected to report to a GM worksite unless directed by their manager. The Role The individual Dealer Auditor reviews the administration of General Motors policies and procedures as provided in the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. This review may include dealership practices relative to sales incentive claims and dealer objective program payouts. These claims must comply with specific rules and policies. The Dealer Auditor completes the audit onsite at the dealership location and electronic audits from their home office and communicates the audit results to the Dealer. The Dealer Auditor interactions with the Dealer, their personnel and GM field personnel must be cordial and viewed as fair and consistent with professional auditing standards. What You'll Do Completes onsite audits and electronic audits as assigned Determines the compliance of these claims with the rules and policies Constructs a concise, accurate and consistent audit report Presents the audit findings to the Dealer, their personnel and GM field personnel Presents best practices and acts as trusted advisor to the dealer and GM SSM / CCA Additional Job Description Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree 5-7 experience in wholesale dealer direct contact or dealership operations Detailed knowledge of Dealership operations and GM Policies and Procedures in relation to new vehicle sales Previous Retail Dealer Sales Operation experience Willingness to travel up to 30 weeks a year The ability to deal with inconsistency, adversity, and change Well-developed oral and written communication skills High-level of people skills to work effectively with others ?Compensation : The compensation information is a good faith estimate only.
