The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of experience in surveying and drafting, with a strong background in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation/Open Roads Designer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on land development projects, including reading and understanding field notes and sketches completed by survey crews.
- Perform office calculations for surveys and construction staking.
- Read and understand prior survey maps and information.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 4 years of experience in surveying and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Microstation/Open Roads Designer.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
