We are hiring Full-Time Crew Members and Crew Leads to maintain lawns for our commercial and residential customers in Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and Clarkston. Responsibilities : Operate lawn care equipment (aerators, mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers) safely and efficientlyMow, trim, edge, and blow off surfaces to maintain a neat appearanceFollow safety guidelines and proceduresAssist with various lawn care tasks as needed Crew Lead Additional Responsibilities : Oversee and guide crew members to ensure quality serviceCommunicate with management, employees, and customersEnsure equipment is maintained and ready for useLead by example to maintain a positive and productive work environment Requirements : Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation to and from workAbility to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periodsPass employment screeningAvailable to work Tuesday-Friday, shifts ranging from 9 to 11 hours per dayCrew Member : No experience required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learnCrew Lead : Previous lawn care experience preferred, leadership skills requiredWe are a team-oriented company that values a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
