Job duties : Maintain grass plants by mowing, pruning, and trimming. Extracting and disposing of invasive plants and weeds. Use hand trimmers and riding mowers. Work will be outside and may occur in heat, smoke, and other outside conditions typical of Eastern Idaho. Daily transportation will be provided to and from worksites in Eastern Idaho, and worksites will be limited to a one-hour drive from Idaho Falls, in the four following counties in Eastern Idaho : Bonneville, Bingham, Jefferson, and Madison. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in Idaho Falls in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. MSA areas include Bingham County, Bonneville County, Jefferson County, and Madison County, all in Eastern Idaho. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. The Employer will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with CFR 655.20(k). Disclosure of work contract : Employer will provide a copy of this document to any H-2B worker, in alanguage understood by the worker as reasonable per 20 CFR 655.20(I), no later than the time at which theworker applies for the visa, or for a worker in corresponding employment, no later than the day workcommences.Full Season Commitment : The worker agrees to the job offer to be available for work every day that work isavailable for the full period of employment starting 04 / 01 / 2025, ending on 11 / 10 / 2025.
