Lighting Consultant at Wolfe Lighting Twin Falls in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description The Lighting Consultant provides lighting design and application assistance to retail customers, homeowners, contractors and designers. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service and ability to learn and sell lighting. Duties and Responsibilities : Greet and welcome customers into the lighting showroom Work with retail customers, homeowners, designers and contractors with lighting and design needs Preparing quotes for retail customers, homeowners, designers and contractors Coordinate and place orders with vendors and provide follow up and communication with customer Investigate and resolve customers issues Follow through with warranty issues Coordinate returns, replacement, or repair of defective materials Keep showroom clean and professional Other duties that evolve to assist in the success of the business Other Necessary skills and Requirements : Sales experience preferred - we are NOT commission based Outstanding customer service skills Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities Professional demeanor and appearance Proficient with navigating computer and software programs Continued improvement of knowledge on products, design, and industry trends Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods Interact with customers, co-workers and vendors in healthy and positive ways To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
