Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitate training programs for new and current employees.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
