Mental Health Therapist at St. Luke's Health System in Buhl, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. What you can expect from this role Salaried / Exempt In House CEU Opportunity Education days, 3 paid CE days annually Education Fund Available, $1000 annually Full Benefits and hospital contributions Case consultation Admin time built in to daily schedule Diverse patient population At St. Luke's, we recognize the need for our clinicians to have the training and support required to address the difficulties of working in rural Idaho. Our Behavioral Health Clinic has built a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other advanced practice providers to assist in addressing the difficulty of working with limited community resources and increasing acute patient population. Mental Health Therapists hired at St. Luke's will develop advanced practice skills as Feedback Informed Treatment providers. They will also obtain training in and have access to a variety of treatment programs, including fidelity Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, and Exposure Response Prevention for OCD. Qualifications Education : Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field.
