Job Description:
The Odom Corporation seeks a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily stocking, rotating, and pulling of products at customer locations
- Maintenance of product displays in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensuring a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures
- Performing on-the-job training related to Odom procedures
- Displaying promotional materials according to company and store policies
Requirements:
- 18 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable means of transportation for getting to and from customer accounts
Physical Demands:
- Constant lifting/moving/pushing/pulling of 27-55 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving/pushing/pulling of up to 170 pounds
- Standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, and kneeling
Work Environment:
- Typical office environment with moderate noise level
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions
