Nursing Supervisor - Infusion Clinic at St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Registered Nurses. are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. What You Can Expect : Our team of specially trained infusion nurses provide non-oncology, outpatient infusion services in a hospital-based, patient-centered environment. Services include therapeutic phlebotomy, intravenous infusions, central line care, blood and blood product transfusion, injections, and related patient education. Schedule : M-F 0800-1700, variable days / hours Traveling between Magic Valley and Wood River Infusion Sites Must obtain Chemotherapy Certification within 18 months of hire Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's of Nursing Degree Experience : 3 years' relevant experience Licenses / Certifications : Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
