From your PASSION to ours The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of employees in an assigned department within the packaging environment. This position coordinates and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in manufacturing methods, equipment and operating procedures. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to : interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
