About the Role
">As a Part Time Merchandiser at Mondelez International, you will be responsible for communicating and building relationships with customers to fulfill their merchandising needs. You will also be tasked with stocking store shelves, maintaining or changing out displays, and representing world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays. ">
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores. ">
- E nsure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez' guidelines. ">
- Ensure Sales Representatives' negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez' management team. ">
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service. ">
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches. ">
What We Offer
