**Job Description:**
We are seeking an Accountant to join our team at Idaho State Job Bank. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing various tasks related to accounting, including accounts payable and other related accounting functions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle accurate processing of customer credit applications
- Maintain comprehensive and updated customer credit records
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data management
- Manage Account Coding tasks efficiently
- Utilize the ADP - Financial Services system as required
- Handle tasks related to Concur and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Oversee automated clearing house (ACH) operations and accrual accounting tasks
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in Account Coding is highly desirable
- Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is essential
- Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is required
- Must have hands-on experience with Concur
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
- Demonstrated ability in performing various Accounting Functions
- Must have substantial experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proficiency in Accrual Accounting is a must
- Auditing skills are highly preferred
- Experience in Automated Clearing House (ACH) is advantageous
