Payment Processor at Robert Half in Coeur D'alene, Idaho, United States Job Description Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payment Processor in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, United States. You will be part of a dynamic team in the finance industry, primarily responsible for processing loan payments and maintaining accurate loan accounting. Responsibilities : - Efficiently process loan payments and payoffs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Conduct detailed analysis associated with loan accounting, including interest calculations, exceptions, reversals, and corrections. - Prepare accurate accounting entries for loan fees and costs, adhering to established procedures and standards. - Deliver excellent customer service to both lenders and borrowers, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. - Review exceptions and grant entitlements to association's online banking customers, ensuring secure and seamless transactions. - Prepare organized work papers to support daily work and reconciliation processes. - Participate in various projects within the department and collaborate with other functional areas as needed. - Act as a backup for post-closing and draws positions, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and internal controls while performing all duties. - Utilize the Automated Underwriting System, Calyx, Calyx Point, and CRM tools for efficient data processing.
