We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Idaho State Job Bank in Parma, Idaho. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on equipment in various departments, including Quality Assurance, Conditioning, Enhancement, Treatment, Packaging, Shipping & Receiving, and Warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations, preferably with experience in electrical and mechanical systems. They will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with department managers and operators.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure seamless maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with department managers and operators to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Provide training and expertise to other team members on maintenance activities and best practices.
- Utilize the CMMS system to track and manage asset information and work orders.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Journeyman Trade License in Idaho or Oregon, a High School Diploma or higher, and a minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance strategies and methodologies, as well as familiarity with general industry safety requirements.
