Summary Assists in the activities or tasks in Source-to-Pay area(s) or the procurement of goods and services. Role is primarily administrative support of the source-to-pay or purchasing function and may involve some low-level purchasing of off-the-shelf items. Key Responsibilities Responsible for supporting source-to-pay team members, processes, & / or standards. Maintains files and records of materials, services, prices, inventories, and deliveries. Answers telephone and gives information to appropriate personnel. Provides support to the procurement or stock room function throughout the facility as required. Compiles information and records to prepare purchase orders. Consults catalogs and other references to obtain prices and specifications.
