As a Product Development Engineer in the DRAM Technology Node Development group, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems to develop industry leading DRAM You will engage on new technology at design start and be part of a team responsible for delivering technology to enable the full product portfolio, initial device qualification and production ramp. This will be accomplished through innovation, critical thinking and by multi-functional engagement with partner groups; Design, Test, Technology Development, Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance departments to co-optimize product and process. Responsibilities Include : Enable new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp Provide guidance and direction to Technology development teams using critical thorough knowledge for process / device integration. Develop and apply key metrics for feedback on a new technology. Collaborate with internal engineering groups; Design, Technology Development, Design for Test, Reliability and Quality teams to understand yield issues and priorities. Support design verification and validation using CAD tools and simulations Perform electrical failure analysis and yield improvement using both data and bench testing analysis Identify design marginalities and recommend design solutions for circuit-related problems Apply state-of-art in house engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis Identify causes of low yield through systematic analysis Apply statistical tools for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects.
