What You'll Make Happen Generate new insights from research into challenges facing utilities and their customers and technical capabilities that could be leveraged to address those challenges. Perform original market research to inform market sizing and market requirements. Participate in customer discovery sessions to identify customer needs and help identify problem areas for product investment. Contribute to the vision, strategy and roadmap for Opower products. Support sales and client success teams to drive adoption of our products via development of client-facing materials. Contribute to business plans, product plans, and definition of success metrics to make the case for new investments.
