Project Coordinator at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview Air St Luke's is looking for a project coordinator to join the team. This position will be supporting Air St Luke's and Magic Valley Paramedics with projects and programs in the 'out of hospital' setting across Southern Idaho. These programs provide Emergency response (911), Air Medical, and Ground interfacility transports including specialty care, and Community Health EMS. The position will be part of the administrative team but can be in Twin Falls or Boise Idaho areas. Office / remote hybrid options can be discussed. This role will be primarily on site. Responsibilities and / or objectives include : Utilizes SLHS standard project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned responsibilities within projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expectations. Manage project plans, project schedules, and communicates with leadership team on status Will be instrumental in assisting in the development of programs. One current example is mobile integrated health. SLHS has an active community health EMS program and are part of another SLHS program being implemented Assists tracking and cross coordination of dependencies within and between projects and programs Assigns roles and tasks to team members as needed Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
