As a Purchasing Agent / Buyer, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Purchasing Agent / Buyer Location : Boise, ID Pay Range : $43.81 per hour What's the Job? Manage supplier interactions, performance, and relationships within your assigned category. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes. Utilize negotiation skills to maintain favorable terms with suppliers. Collaborate with internal teams to drive and develop key performance measures for regional suppliers. Participate in supplier benchmarking analysis to enhance cost, supply, and quality aspects of procurement activities. What's Needed? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management. Preferred but not required : Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. A proven track record in procurement. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation abilities. What's in it for me?
