WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION : Achieve sales goals forCADDY Commercial Electricalbusiness in theNorthern California / NW Nevada, and Idahoregion by successfully converting new business, primarily from projects and new product sales Actively lead sales agents, aligning goals with territory strategy Build relationships across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners Provide expertise in the use of products and coordinate training of key contractors Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting our benefits and value propositions Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve the solution set and refine the message Use Salesforce as a tool to manage opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally Although we have this posted in multiple locations, we are only making 1 hire YOU HAVE : Bachelor's Degree preferred, or applicable experience in outside sales Ideally 5 years of outside sales and / or territory management experience in the commercial electrical space Experience working with end-user customers on projects Ideally will have experience leading direct reports and / or 3rd party sales partners Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably Strong preference for technical sales and value-based selling skills Ability to walk / navigate a construction project Ability to work remotely from a home office and travel on average 60% within the region; regular overnight trips are expected due to the sizeable region. Total target cash is comprised of an employee's base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below. Total Target Cash Range : Geographic Region A : $101,400.00 - $188,300.00 Geographic Region B : $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 Geographic Region C : $96,300.00 - $178,800.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
