Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and organized Shift Supervisor to join our team at Idaho State Job Bank. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading company initiatives, ensuring maximum productivity, training high-performing AutoZoners, driving sales, controlling expenses and shrink, and remaining compliant with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, including supervising, training, and developing store personnel
- Manage commercial accounts and stores, ensuring timely deliveries and servicing to customers
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, implementing safety practices and protocols
- Conduct regular meetings with store personnel to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address concerns
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certified preferred
