**Compensation Analyst 2 Overview**
At St. Luke's Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst 2 to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs for SLHS.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, design, implementation, and administration. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership and employees at all levels.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement compensation programs, including analysis, design, and administration.
- Analyze market data to determine appropriate pay ranges for positions based on scope and internal equity.
- Participate in compensation surveys, ensuring job matches, and analyze purchased survey results to verify the compensation structure remains competitive.
- Conduct job evaluations on new/existing positions, using market data to determine appropriate pay ranges.
- Assist with annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance, and salary increase programs.
- Participate in compensation projects, providing analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions, applying job codes to applicable systems.
- Provide analysis of pertinent salary information to leadership.
- Produce and maintain ongoing reports for HR/Compensation, including cost analysis, salary survey reporting, and decision-making.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
- 4 years relevant experience.
