Job Description: As a Sales Floor Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting our Stores in delivering essential products at great values to the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with selection of merchandise.
- Completing transactions and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
- Unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
- Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store.
Requirements: Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Physical ability to perform tasks from floor level to above shoulder height; Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
