[For more information, visit (Transition documents / JDs / ) ] Job Overview We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Sr. Analyst, FP&A. Position serves as a key business partner to the Commercial organization offering key financial insights related to Operating Expense and overall P&L management. Job Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to : Serve as the financial support to areas of the Commercial Organization, as it relates to Net Sales and Operating Expense Management, under the direction of the Associate Director, FP&A Be a strong business partner to both Commercial and Finance Stakeholders Develop general understanding of brand strategy for supported products (GEMTESA) and how those strategies are linked to our financial plans; understand the story behind the numbers Complete and submit timely forecasts, annual budgets, and long range plans Submit month / quarter / year-end accruals in collaboration with the business and Accounting teams Support the build of Product P&L and Operating Expense dashboards and present commentary on key variances to various Stakeholders Ad hoc reporting and analysis Work closely with other members of the Finance organization to maintain a continuous improvement mindset and promote strong communication and efficient processes Key Core Competencies Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Appetite to learn about the business areas supported and how the financials tie into the strategy Ability to work within a team, sharing ideas for best practices and process improvements Ability to present results to multiple levels of the Commercial and Finance organizations in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills, especially related to financial system integration Ability to work independently under general guidance, take initiative and complete tasks to deadlines Experience in the life science or similar industry Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting FP&A and Financial Reporting experience 4 years Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Hyperion and / or other relational databases are a plus The base salary range for this role is $88,300 to $110,348. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
