While this position is based at Idaho Power's Boise location, we offer both flexible schedules and the opportunity to work up to 40% remote. What does a Senior Supply Chain Analyst do for us? A Senior Supply Chain Analyst develops, leads, and executes data analytics strategies to support Idaho Power's Supply Chain objectives. They are responsible for developing statistical measurements and providing insights, reports, information, analysis, and recommendations which support supply chain management in effective, informed decision making and cost management relative to procurement and inventory management strategies. They are responsible for developing and monitoring appropriate supply chain metrics / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supply chain, category management, and vendor performance. They facilitate cross functional team interaction to develop, support, and monitor supply chain processes. They evaluate opportunities and make recommendations on business impacts, cost savings, efficiencies, and continuous process improvements. They assist with necessary budget preparation, processing, reporting, and analysis.
