You will lead a dynamic marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Ensono's strategic objectives. What You Will Do : Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a forward-thinking marketing strategy that aligns with Ensono's business goals and enhances our market position. Brand Management : Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels to strengthen brand recognition and reputation. Demand Generation : Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Digital Marketing : Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence, engage target audiences, and optimize digital channels. Market Research : Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions. Events Management : Oversee planning and execution of corporate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engage with key stakeholders, clients, and prospective clients. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications : Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Senior Vice President or similar senior marketing leadership experience at a managed service provider Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
