If you are someone who can be yourself, advocate for others, stay nimble, dream big, own every outcome, and think global but act local - come join our team This role includes Servicing Quality Control (SQC) activities will include (i) the identification of the proper documentation for data capture, (ii) the capture of such information within system or other designated area (including a client system), (iii) running embedded rules and logic against such information, and (iv) clearing validations and / or applying exceptions that may be appropriate for the item in question. This position may include occasional off-site travel to perform servicing QC reviews at client or counter-parties place of business. SQC reviews are performed to determine compliance with Investor and Regulatory servicing guidelines, including FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Specific focus on Loan Administration on current / performing loans including New Loan Setup, Servicing Acquired / Transferred, ARM Loans, Escrow Administration, Borrower Complaints, Customer Service, and general loan servicing. The Specialist I will be responsible for performing these core tasks in addition to performing secondary QC reviews of these reviews performed by Specialist I's and their peers. As a result, the Specialist I must have demonstrated a strong grasp of all applicable reviews scopes and be able to deliver loan-level feedback as needed. The Specialist I will participate in client facing phone calls to describe the results of the work performed and defend audit results.
