The Senior AGM will lead a dynamic cross-functional team within the business unit and manage a cost base consisting of personnel and flexible spend.
This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare practitioners' and health care systems' needs within Oncology across multiple products and tumor types.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accountable for achieving revenue goals for the area by executing comprehensive strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.
- Developing and leading a high-performing team in the business unit, including sales representatives, key account managers, and other specialized roles as deemed necessary.
- Coaching and developing team members to help them realize their full potential and embodying the key elements of an outstanding leader, visionary, architect, coach, and catalyst.
- Gaining and applying a deep understanding of relevant markets, business models, strategic priorities, future direction, and financial drivers.
